What are your rates and terms?

Web & Graphic Design

·      Proposals are delivered on a per-project basis, following initial consultation.

·      Proposals, once signed, become contracts.

·      A 50% deposit is due upon contract signing.

·      Remaining balance is due prior to web launch or graphic design completion.

Public Relations, Social Media & Photography

·      Clients are billed monthly, after work has been completed.

·      Payment term is Net 30.

·      Projects requested with less than a 72 hour lead time are subject to a rush rate.

·      Accounts not paid within 30 days are subject to a $25 fee.

Managed Marketing

·      Clients are billed monthly, based on a pre-determined tier amount.

·      Payment term is Net 30.

·      Accounts not paid within 30 days are subject to a $25 fee.

Do you offer website maintenance?

Yes! Nutmeg Media offers website maintenance at an hourly rate, billed in 15 minute increments. However, you will be made a contributor to your website, so you are welcome to update it as needed.

Which web platform do you use?

Nutmeg is partial to Squarespace, but we're not afraid to take over websites built on other platforms, such as Wordpress.

Do I need to buy a domain name and website hosting before we begin?

Not at all! Nutmeg can take care of that for you, and you'll have the option to pay monthly or annually.

When will my project be complete?

I pride myself on efficiency. Each proposal will include a timeline for completion, which ranges anywhere from 3 weeks to 3 months.

I am a hyper-focused worker that devotes my undivided attention to each task and project. That being said, when I am working I do not respond to phone calls or emails. I check messages and emails throughout the day and respond well within 24 hours during the workweek.
