Nutmeg Media About Meg Brown

About

Meg’s passion for writing began in elementary school when she learned to write short stories. An eighth grade visit to the Newseum in Washington, D.C. introduced her to the exciting field of journalism, which she pursued in college and at the Littleton Courier, where she continues to write today.

Along with writing, Meg developed a knack for photography, which began during a visit to the Grand Canyon in fifth grade. She opened MegaBug Photography in 2013.

When she’s not working, Meg teaches photography at the Littleton Studio School as well as marketing at WREN. She enjoys outdoorsy things, sipping tea, and road trips in her VW Bug.

Based in the beautiful White Mountains of New Hampshire, she lives in an adorable yellow house on 5.5 acres named Mellow Meadows with her husband, Shelby, and their two meows, Guinevere & Lancelot, along with plenty of plants and a family of nine turkeys that gobbles by every so often.

Working With Me

I am a hyper-focused worker that devotes my undivided attention to each task and project. That being said, when I am working I do not respond to phone calls or emails. I check messages and emails throughout the day and respond well within 24 hours during the workweek.

If you would like to speak with me on the phone, please schedule a time via email.

Please note that I pride myself on my efficiency, however, projects requested with a 72 hour lead time are subject to a rush rate.
